Use and Care

Assemble all four modules in the numbered order on a clean, dry floor. Fully engage all six side connectors and three rear bridge clips, attach every grip strip, and press each tread pad flat before use. Position the stair on a level indoor surface with the top level close to the destination and no open gap. Supervise the pet, especially during introduction. Do not omit modules or connectors, exceed the stated pet-weight limit, stack other objects on the stair, or use it on wet, sloped, elevated, or unstable surfaces. Wipe the modules and hand wash the pads as directed, then dry every part before reassembly.
