Use and Care

Allow the foam to regain its full shape after unpacking before use. Place the complete stair on a clean, dry, level indoor floor with every base edge supported and the top step aligned close to the intended destination without a gap. Introduce the stair gradually and supervise the pet, especially during first use. Do not exceed the stated pet-weight limit, stack the product, use it as seating, or place it on stairs, wet floors, unstable surfaces, or near heat or flame. Remove the cover according to its care label, spot clean the foam only, and dry every component fully before reassembly.
