Use and Care

Open the frame completely on a clean, dry, level indoor floor and engage both rear braces before every use. Confirm that each tread is horizontal, all fasteners are secure, all four feet contact the floor, and the top step is positioned close to the intended destination without a gap. Keep fingers and paws away from hinges while opening or folding. Supervise the pet, do not exceed the stated pet-weight limit, and do not use the stair as seating or on wet, sloped, elevated, or unstable surfaces. Vacuum the pads, wipe the wood with a lightly damp cloth, and dry all parts before folding and storage.
